Project description
On this project we monitored the reconstruction of the entire hotel complex for all types of work, operating as a PM (Project Manager). We provided the service of organizing multiple stages of contractors, control over the works performed, financial analysis and monitoring.
Internal and external reconstruction of existing apartments were carried out, with the construction of new auxiliary facilities. The existing restaurant with kitchens and reception area, restrooms, cooling chambers, as well as hotel substations were reconstructed.
3 new overflow pools with compression tank and mechanical rooms were built, 6 skimmer pools with mechanical rooms, access paths, and sidewalks, adventure parks, children’s playgrounds, shooting ground. New water and sewage infrastructure, horticulture and electrical network of low and strong electricity have been made. The main road and reception desk were repaired.
