Project description
In the second phase of construction of the hotel complex Karisma Adriatic Montenegro in Ulcinj, a new hotel facility was constructed with 100 accommodation units, swimming pools, and pool area with a snack and pool bar. There is a mechanical room for two skimmer pools. A new access road and external toilets have been constructed.
Moreover, a BoH (Back of the house) was built in the hotel complex, which provided the hotel complex with new rooms for cooling chambers, a laundry room for storing goods, fruits and vegetables, with a new road and parking.
The restaurant space was upgraded and thus the capacity of the hotel restaurant in the kitchen for cold dishes was increased.
